Through the use of the HealthBoxHR app, or on any web browser via all smart phones, laptops, desktops or tablets, the feature allows individuals to share their feelings with confidence and full control as to the outcome of their request.

An optional likert emotion scale will allow your employees to share their feelings everyday with a single click – allowing you to keep track of their day to day mental state and spot any potential trends trends or triggers, which could also highlight possible underlying issues which may be linked with the organizations structure or culture. Without the need to include the individual in the process, employees are also more likely to come forward.

  • How long is the set-up process?

    Set up is completed in a matter of minutes! As soon as we have the green light to proceed from your team, we will be able to build your platform and onboard all users.

  • I'm not qualified to deal with mental health issues. Do I need to provide advice?

    No, but it's important to remember employers have a duty of care. This means they must do all they reasonably can to support their employees' health, safety and wellbeing. Unfortunately however, mental health is often hidden and communication is key in helping those suffering. We've therefore ensured the feature is simply a line of communication showing employees that there is always support on hand or, at least always someone there to listen to them.

  • Do I have to sign up for all features or can I just choose the Mental Health module?

    Not at all. As HealthBoxHR is modular, you have full control to choose the modules relevant for your organisation. All you need to do is click those you wish to see, and they will appear instantly across the platform. It really is that simple.

  • Is technical support available should my team have any issues?

    Of course! As we offer services globally, we provide technical support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  • I want to have a free trial and roll it out to our whole organisation, is there a limit to users?

    Absolutely not. You can sign up to your free trial quickly and easily here for up to 500 users and if you wish to add more just let us know and we will increase this for you. There's no upper limit.

  • How much is the APP for employees?

    Both HealthBoxHR & HealthBoxHR Admin apps are free for all employees!
